SOFTY - Support Over The First Two Years

Ten years ago, the first SOFTY Survey was carried out. Answering questions in a postal survey, almost 500 parents took part in the survey. The results were published as 'Parents' Support Needs' which is available as a free download on this site.

The research was very successful in influencing the development of the Keyworker as a model of support for families and it was cited in several government and other publications.

But what has really changed since? We want to repeat the SOFTY Survey a decade on to see if families are really getting more support now.
