Multi-agency working in services to disabled
children with complex health care needs and their families:
a literature review.
The Working Together project
is conducted by a team at the Norah Fry Research Centre, University
of Bristol and aims to explore the experience of joint working
for disabled children with complex health care needs, their
families and the professionals who support them. This report
is a review of relevant research and literature. It also explores
the models of multi-agency working that might be effective in
addressing the very many difficulties experienced by families,
children and professionals.
